Leadership Training
Vancore Toastmasters offers leadership training through the Toastmasters Leadership Track, which will provide you with the Toastmaster Advanced Leader certification upon completion.
Learn to lead
Leadership cannot be learned in a day. It takes practice. In Toastmasters members build leadership skills by organizing and conducting meetings and motivating others to help them. Club leadership roles and a leadership development program also offer opportunities to learn and practice. Just as Toastmasters members learn to speak simply by speaking, they learn leadership by leading.
Leadership Track
The Toastmasters educational program includes a leadership track, where you acquire and practice the skills necessary to be an effective leader.
You can serve as a Club leader, developing skills in planning, training, motivating, and managing. You even can become a District leader, where these skills are further enhanced.
High Performance Leadership
You also can participate in the "High Performance Leadership" program (Catalog No. 262), which requires you to conduct a project of your choice in which you serve as a leader. The program provides study material and activities to complete.
